Nina Flem holds the position of Quality Affairs Director in Skretting. Nina started working at Skretting in 1987 and held the position of Quality Manager at the Averøy Plant in Skretting Norway, before she became plant Manager from 1992 – 1995. In 2002 she became the Quality Assurance Manager in Skretting Norway. In addition to her current position she is leading, and has been since 2012 Skretting's global Food Safety & Quality network.
