Joseph is the Founder & CEO of Victory Farms. He is an American, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from INSEAD. He has 5 years of experience in investment banking and Microsoft, based in the U.S. More recently, he spent 3 years in Ghana as the CFO of Tropo Farms before moving to Kenya to found Victory Farms in late 2015.  He is married and has a young daughter. He also enjoys exploring new countries, American football, and global affairs, especially as it relates to sustainable development.
